As a Mom of three and Wife to one man, I have had lots of practice cooking for this clan. Travel, adventure and food are my passions, but feeding this group on a budget has been challenging. About 15 years ago I began preparing meals with a group of women for the purpose of filling my freezer. Several years later I became the “Manager” of this cooking group. Because I prefer healthy, homemade food with a foreign flare, most of the recipes use fresh ingredients and often come from other cultures. They have been tried at home before adding them to the menu, therefore all the main dish recipes I share will be proven to go from preparation to freezer to oven.
This blog came as a result of so many people asking what I served with a particular recipe or do I have good recipes for…..Sooo, as for now I will post the complete menu and it’s recipes. I would love comments and questions!
