Broccoli and Bacon Salad

¼ large head broccoli, chopped in small pieces, about 4 Cups

½ C red onion, finely chopped

½ lb. bacon, cooked and chopped OR 1 C real bacon bits

1 C raisins

Dressing:

¼ C Apple Cider Vinegar

½ C mayonnaise

1/3 C sugar

Make a day ahead or in morning.

Soak raisins in dressing until evening.

Mix broccoli mix with dressing and raisins.

Serve cold!
