Shrimp Saute over Angel Hair Pasta

Shrimp Sauté over Angel Hair Pasta for 2angel hair nests

12 peeled raw shrimp, 31/40 count

½ small onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

½ red bell pepper, diced

5 mushrooms, quartered

¼ C chopped basil

2 T chopped parsley

1 T butter

1 T coconut oil

3 T white wine

Place 1 Tablespoon butter and 1 Tablespoon coconut oil in sauté pan. Boil water in pasta pan. Add vegetables and stir for 5 minutes. Add basil and parsley, stir. Sprinkle with a pinch of Himalayan Salt and coarse ground black pepper. When onions are nearly translucent, part vegetables and place shrimp on pan. Add pasta to boiling water. Pour wine over vegies and shrimp and turn shrimp over; turn off heat in 1 minute. Take pasta out and toss with olive oil gently with a wooden spoon. Place desired amount on plate and place shrimp and vegetables over pasta. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese.

Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Partially peel and slice cucumber into bite size pieces. Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces. Place in small salad bowls. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and set aside.

Garlic Bread

Prepare Garlic Bread by slicing the bread in half lengthwise, spread with softened butter, sprinkle with Himalayan Salt and coarsely chopped garlic. Place halves together and slice into 1 ½ inch slices. Wrap with foil and place into a heated 350° oven for 15 minutes.
