Ginger and Mint Tea

This is a blend that is very good at settling upset stomachs.

Take about 2 inches of ginger and cut into fat slices.

Cut a branch of mint from your garden.

Boil both together in 1 quart of water for 20 minutes.

Strain into a container to put into the refrigerator.

While still hot, stir in honey to sweeten, to taste.

Serve hot as is or put into refrigerator for ice tea.

Cabbage Blend

Cabbage, thinly sliced

Cucumbers, diced

Carrots thinly sliced or grated
