This menu is my actual Father’s Day meal. The Father in our house likes fish over steak. He looks like it too! He’s a healthy, athletic, sexy man! I hope this will be a pleaser for him and all the others who come to honor him on this day.

Fresh Pineapple, strawberries and blueberries


Baked Columbia River Steelhead

Baked with dill, garlic and lemon on top, drizzled with olive oil.

Bake at 425°F for 10-15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
