Tonight my family ate without me because I had a dinner meeting. Leftover chicken with steamed broccoli, rice that was leftover and I had put in the freezer, bread, and berries. Because there are no new recipes for you I decided to let you know how I keep track of what is available for meals.

As absent minded as I can be, I have an ongoing list in my computer of what’s in the freezer. I thought I’d share it with you, as this may be a helpful way to organize. I’m sorry, it looks a lot better on the Word Document, but I have not of yet figured out how to transfer the correct settings.
